Returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or exchange when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
